Cannot transfer blogs to specific forums

I was trying to move a blog to a specific page's forum on the wiki, and it got moved to Gen. Discussion instead. I tried again, same result. I finally moved it to Fan-Fic, which worked. It can stay there, but it seems moving stuff to specific wiki forums is not working. Has this been disallowed or something? I was able to do this before.

@jslack: Was trying to move Recycle page 1 to the COPS forum until I had reused the page. It bounced to Gen. Discussion instead. I was able to transfer it to Fan-Fic, which is probably where I'll reuse the page anyway, but I'd just as soon have the forum mirror deleted altogether.

My confusion is that I used to be able to move blogs from one forum to another as needed with no problem.

P.S. In case you're wondering: I use the "Recycle pages" in my blogs as rough draft space, and for index pages- that sort of thing. It allows me to do some writing on the site without it sending every follower I have a notification that I wrote something.

@jslack: It's still the same- tried to transfer it from Fan-Fic to COPS, but it bounced it to Gen. Discussion instead. It's back on Fan-Fic now. I put links in the body of it to make it a little easier to navigate while working on it (it helps me anyway).
