Cannot Edit Bio

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my issue.

I'm having a problem where every time I attempt to make any edit to my bio, when I hit "save" I get a 500 error.

I'm currently using the most recent version of Chrome available, and if it's of any relevance to the issue I created this account quite a while ago, before some features were implemented, I thought it might of been part of the issue.

Same here, I can't edit this bio. I keep getting the 500 error message as well on Chrome.

Tried to see if the account would edit on Firefox, no such luck.

All my other accounts work fine, though.

@_lila_: @candice_andrews: @_octavius_: Sometimes this can be cured with a password reset. I'll try sending one along to you if you want one and we can see if that affects this?

OK, I sent that along. Let me know if it changes your ability to edit your bio. Sorry for the trouble.

Having the same issue with this account.

Did that password reset affect your ability to edit your bio? I can do it for anyone who asks but I'd like to know it works before throwing them out.

may i have a password change to see if it works im haveing the same problem

Yaa, I tried with a new password but it didn't change anything... what about you ? Does it wok now ?

It still doesn't work... maybe it will be fixed before 2016...

Working fine for me, try clearing your cache or test in another browser.

I tried but nothing works. And about the browser, I use Mozilla and I tried Internet explorer and it's still impossible to save anything on the account.

@warai_mizukiqi: I don't know what to tell you, I just tried it again in Chrome and Firefox and it worked fine in both browsers. What happens when you hit the Save button?

I get this : "A 500 error occurs when something on our end blows up in a bad way. Seriously, they like to refer to it as an “Internal Server Error,”..."

Yaa, I still don't understand why it doesn't work for me.
