Can't upload images from URL Addresses

Hey I have been unable to upload images with URL addresses for the longest time now. Everytime I try it takes a long time to load only to appear blank

Only being able to do it from the desktop. Can somebody help?

Hmm, seems to be working for me. Just at a first stab, have you tried this in multiple browsers? Any change?

@rorie: Nope can't do other browsers either. Strangely its this particular account that is unable to upload URL images, I have another one and its working just fine there.

I haven't been able to use it in 5-6 months.
