Not the most offensive power, but I can I can win if I lure the Biebers into the forest. My main strategy will be appearing out of trees or grass and dragging the Biebers through, then dropping them somewhere in the Amazon and letting nature do the rest. Or maybe I'll drop them off in a kelp field under water near some sharks. Might be faster.

on the flip side the Biebers can't overrun me as long as I am near or on some type of plant life, as I can instantly teleport just about anywhere on Earth.

They can stalemate by hiding in a city, but even then they can't go anywhere there might be trees or houseplants or I'll get them. The ever watching, ever waiting creature that dwells in the woodland realm where only nightmares await him.
