You and your 2 best friends vs the movie Don't Breathe (warning: heavy spoilers for the movie)

Okay, I'm assuming if you've clicked on this thread, you've either A) seen the movie or B) you don't care for spoilers. So, let's dive right in.

Basically, you and your two best friends have to break in, get past the dog and the old man, find the money, find the girl in the basement, and get out alive.

For the sake of giving you a reasonable chance of winning, you already know where the girl is, where the safe is, and the combination to the safe.

You have nothing on you except one of Money's knockout bottles, which keep in mind, barely worked on the blind man or the dog. Any weapons you use against the dog or the blind man have to be things you find in the house (ie his hammer, his pruning shears, his turkey baster, etc).

Do you and your friends make it out alive, or do you die in his house?

My two best friends would run off. I would too :(

Just from the trailer alone, he's walked past them without realizing so many times. I'd box his ears if I am unarmed, or stab him in the ear if I get my hands on a weapon.

Haven't seen the movie, but I already know the outcome; my friend Jason and I would live because we're logical thinkers, while my friend Cameron would either run away or be killed because of his inability to make the right decisions.

@sirdrprofessor: In that case, how do you get the cash? If you wait to call until after you get it, then it's probably too late; you'd have to fight him and his dog off anyway. And if you call before, how do you get the cash?

I feel like the friends in the movie really could have avoided the entire situation (but didn't because then you would have no movie) by ganging up on him from the start. Instead they tried tip-toeing around the house and got themselves into a deeper mess. Rush the old man when he enters the room, separate him from his gun, incapacitate him, get your money, free the girl, get as far away as possible.

What are some feats for the old man?

True. This is one of the best (if not the best) horror movies of the past couple years. I know we've already spoiled a lot of it for you, but seriously, this movie will make you feel like you took a shot of adrenaline.

@bibbyboxx2219: He, despite being completely blind, managed to grab, take, and shoot a gun into his opponents neck after just hearing it being cocked, tracked a kid all the way across his hallway after just hearing him exhale (hence the title, "Don't Breathe") and then almost killed him with pruning shears, took a hammer strike to the head and got back up minutes later, shot one of them head from all the way down the hallway just based on the sound of their footsteps, and managed to track one of them down after leaving his house and brought her back in, where he only lost to her because of more hammer strikes. Basically, he's a poor man's Daredevil.

well my best friends back home would probably just walk away from it all.

While I don't really have best friends up in college I mostly hang out with my karate club so just grab 2 black belts and we stomp

@wafflecone72: Also, to answer the question of "context"-he tried to impregnate a girl with a turkey baster of his own semen, but the tables were quickly turned during a fight that ensued between him and one of the guys, and after hitting him in the head, filled his mouth with the turkey baster and had at it.

I think it's fair to say I'd lose. Horribly.

Yea I box my buddy does martial arts of some kind and my other buddy is huge and built like a tank. just wait for the 180lbs old guy to walk past and then me and my 220-250 lbs buddies break him in half. Easy money.
