They had one meeting that I would have liked to have been a fight but Steve just managed to capture her when she tried to run. With that said I agree with the consensus Steve takes it. He's got a marginal skill edge that I think combined with his stats and shield would give him the majority. But Laura's ferocity and healing factor make it take awhile and she can get a couple of wins out of it because of it.

X-23 never took advantage on wolverine except that one time wolverine was holding back against her. Its a good feat but Steve has better showings. I would say beating gambit in AVX is more impressive than beating a holding back wolverine.
I say X-23 because of her healing factor. I don't know if I'm right but wasn't she taught to kill since birth, Also she has a claw in her feet which will help her because if she can kick she can still cut him but my main thing is the healing factor.
Her healing factor can go faster than that of Wolverine's due to the lack of Adamantium in her body.
She was capable of fighting the Hulk without sustaining any severe injuries and surviving energy blasts from Nimrod (Sentinel) (Earth-811).
