WWHulk. He has better strength feats, matched in battle someone who was as strong as him (Juggernaut) and has healing factor that will deal with most damage Adam can give him.
I don't know much about specifically World War Hulk, but I know a lot about Hulk. I don't really know who would take this fight. I think if Black Adam actually for once used his magic he would win.

I would HIGHLY recommend reading the World War arc. Any ways, in the arc Hulk is particularly mad and therefore more powerful. Heck his regenerative factor was so great he was fighting through, and HEALING, while huge gaping holes were completely through his torso. He turns Hercules and Sentry's face into hamburgers after a couple punches.

Hulk stomps and Adam has no feats with a Ring, making this against the rules in accordance with giving characters amps without substance to back them up.
@kingant27: Black adam wins. No offense to hulk, but hasn't Black adam has owned hal before? Black adam is on superman level. Superman is way above green lantern and even wonder woman has been shown to break his constructs. Meaning that pure strength can surpass constructs. And how much prep does hulk have? No offense to WWhulk, but he still is really stupid and was a walking PIS machine. Dr.Strange should have owned him, but he suddenly forgot that he can turn back to hulk. He may have a ring, but what good is it when he probably has no idea how to use it. Wouldn't be more likely he would just try to do this with his own strength. WWhulk is very arrogant. He may have raw rage, but that will only get him so far before the fact he lacks finesse and skill shows. The best he will probably do is throw red rocks or make a sword. Or some other simple nonsense. And besides, isn't it more than possible that Hulk will burn out the ring? Hasn't it been shown that rings capacity for a emotion can be surpassed. And hulk would definitely be an exception.
Black Adam should be able to close the strength gap, which isn't ludicrously huge, with his magic. From there, Adam has more versatility to draw from (his speed, experience, and wisdom), but that Red Lantern ring is going to change some things...
@sirdragonfly: supes is not stronger than wbh or wwh. Ba loses ring or no ring. As far as emotions go Banner being in control he'd not let himself get so worked up as to surpass the rings abilities. Hulk smash!
