It is fan fiction if they are not supposed to operate like that through character development... I mean for shit's sake Thor only used both abilities ONCE in 50+ of publication, give me a break now... I mean, assuming he'll use any of that can't even be supported.
Yes it has, but under what stipulations and why would they do that here.
It's not hard for me, it is hard for you and your Thor crew their character fails to operate decently 90% of the time which extends to your arguments, which are just as much as a failure.
What feats do you think Hulk has that Thor "can't contend with"?
I don't know, maybe being a completely under control Hulk turning Hercules into a pulp within 3 hits while holding back... Someone who has been routinely compared and stated to be Thor's equal physically? Or maybe using an exponentially greater force in his punches on Thor's face given he was actually grounded within 3 hits previously? Or maybe the fact it took 103 punches from an all out Hercules at the same time to turn Hulk back to Banner for him to almost instantly turn back to Hulk at peak status, without being out of control and full of rage? Name me a single blunt force durability feat that comes remotely close to this.

BUT WAIT! There's more! What about Thor bulrushing with Galactus busting force? Even though he's failed to scratch him on 2 different occasions even when he was weakened and shrinking. Or maybe those very powerful anti-matter beams which also failed to harm Gladiator significantly.

They don't need to stand there, Hulk just needs to leap at hypersonic speeds and he'll get to Thor. They can use lightning, too bad Hulk has tanked them twice already against non-holding back Thor... Unless you're referring to his utterly gigantic cosmic lightning which only happened once in his entire publication and under any other circumstances, even against Celestials, he didn't used them... But what about Beta Ray Bill? Can he deliver even deadlier attacks than Thor?
