This isnt an easy fight for Superman.Wonder man is strong,really strong,he can fly,he can shoot energy which can hurt Superman.About speed......I bealiv  superman cant execute his speed while punching,only while running and flying.

 honestly he's not on there level in raw strength either. they just hold back so much that he seems almost as strong as they are.

I'm doubtful that Wonderman can match superman in strength, and Superman is far faster then him...Wonderman gets speedblitz in what is imo an easy fight for Superman.

@symbiote9200: actually wonderman would win because one he isn't even mortal anymore he's virtually impervious to any form of penetration and doesn't require any food,water,air,sleep, has lunlimited stamina, and doesn't age. Two he can discharge his ionic energy as either concossive blasts, cause it to course through someones body like an electrical surge or absorb other forms energies. Three he has single handely with ease put the red hulk in a choke hold while mid air. And truely we don't know the exact limits of strength, but when rouge borrowed the smallest fraction of his power to deal with the grim reaper she broke his neck with a simple punch, these shows how strong he really is
