Jason Voorhees absolutely. Wolverine might have an adamantium skeleton but Jason Voorhees cannot be killed...literally. Jason also has healing abilities like Wolverine so that makes him harder to kill. Jason is also better at being stealth like so can sneak up on Wolverine like he does with the teenagers he kills at Crystal Lake.

This is ridiculous. Even if Jason could be silent enough to get close to Wolverine, which is very VERY unlikely, Wolverine would smell him a mile away, literally. Jason's healing is worthless next to Wolverine's. He could what, come after Wolverine with a machete? Completely worthless. Wolverine cuts his head off and throws it to the bottom of the lake. "

Everyone knows Wolverine wins and is superior in everything compared to Jason. I am surprised this thread got this many posts

agreed, Jason doesnt have a HF. he kept most of his wounds and rot through several films.
Wloverine would win, through alot of cutiing and carving.

Jason would however return to battle him again in every sequel...

Erm when jason fought freddy in the film, freddie "practically" had the same weapons as wolverine, obviously not as strong but still... also, are we talking of Jason as depicted in Jason X? where is is completely unstopable...

Jason doesn't have adamantium.
Once Jason tries to "sneak" up on wolverine, wolvie has acute senses, and animal like reflexs.
So bye-bye with Mr.Vorhees's head. And battles over.

Jason has no HF. As noted, he retains the damage he takes from previous outings.

There is absolutely no way jason is sneaking up on wolverine. He is a rotting body! He must reak to high hell!

We could smell him from forty feet out, never mind wolverine!

Wolverine could be decapitated if you cut between teh bones, i call shenanigans on the fused joints thing. But Jason isnt going to do it. Jason will die, permanently this time, when wolverine is not just stabbing jason, but actually dismembers his corpse with each swipe.

Jason has no chance here. Wolverine fights ninjas, who actually wield their blades with skill, and comes out fine. Jason's rusted up old machete is going to get bent on wolverine's ribs and be worthless after two swipes.

Jason may be tough when he stalks little girls who can't defend himself, but what happens when he locks up with a wild animal?

No way this battle is even close. Make it Jason X and he still gets his stool pushed in.

Let me see......on one hand, we have someone who has decently duked it out with the Hulk, in the bulk of their fights, or someone else who has been wrecked by white chicks who trip on sticks....
