•Parallax Sinestro can not banish anyone to the anti matter universe

•Zod can't banish anyone to the Phantom Zone

•Doomsday may come back 3 times

•The fight takes place on Ooa and no one may destroy the planet

•Losses are by incapacitation, K.O, and Death

Did you research any if these characters? You have the Joker and Green Arrow in the same fight as two Parallaxs, Darkseid and Doomsday....

Too many non-factors.

Team 2 should win. Doomsday would die once and come back immune to his previous death. Wally West can try speed-stealing or blitzing them, and Prime is just too powerful.

Batman should win.

Gah, this is a cluster of characters that don't belong with each other. Way too many characters for my taste.
