Well, with prior preparations he did build a device that, by accident, did take over the DC Earth in Futures End. The Android even ended up defeating Bruce--go figure.
Honestly, it depends on the circumstances. One time, he tricked Metron to become human, then knocked him out. However, that was very circumstantial.

The second scan isn't even the regular Batman, but his father Thomas Wayne from an alternate timeline. Plus, he stabbed zoom when he had has back turned to him and thus wasn't even aware of his presence.
The third scan is from Final Crisis where all Batman does is shoot an ailing Darkseid with a Radion bullet, i.e the one element in the universe that can actually kill him.
