Can't Atom like destroy galaxies? I think he takes it. Idk how fast he is, but I thought TP didn't work when blitz'ing because the "attack" couldn't "catch up" to the person's mind. Didn't something like that happen with Flash?

Alright nobody come at me for this because I don't know but I was reading online that Majestic fought Captain Atom in new 52 and Atom got some good shots in but it was made clear that Majestic could take him. Anybody know of anything like this happening?
