Location : Fight takes place at a remote forest

Round 1 : Random Encounter

Round 2 : 3 Days prep

Marvel in the first round but with prep DC would win because of Bats.

DC stomps round 2 because of deathstroke and batman. Round 1 is a hard fought fight but I see team 1 coming out on top

Round 2 DC imo

Deathstroke and Wolverine should be a brutal match

Nightwing and Ultimate Hawkeye would be a fun match also.

I think Red Hood is the weak link though, I don't see him beating anyone and U Hawkeye at range is no joke

R1 - Team Marvel stomps. Deathstroke is the only problem for the Marvels

R2 - Team DC. Batman or Deathstroke with Prep can alone take care of this

How? Black Panther is just as smart as Bruce... with prep that's means BP has access to Wakanda resources.

Agree with you on the 1st round, but bare in mind BP is on team 2, Deathstroke & Bats' combined effort maybe, but not each of them alone.
