What street levelers can defeat Darth Vader?

Question is title. Legends Vader. Tell me would win without prep and who would win with prep.

Pretty much what everyone else says, I have extremely limited knowledge on Darth Vader and even I know it takes more than a street-leveler to beat him.

Batman can just build a midicholorian suppressor by researching on the Force.

Of course he needs prep. What I'm upset about is the fact that on this thread people had assumed that the street levelers do not have prep. Some street levelers are capable of using prep but it appears many people on here kept ignoring the fact.

That's because we automatically assume there is no prep time when the OP didn't mention it.

The rules explicitly state this.

Now, this fight seems one sided since you are giving street levelers prep when Vader has none at all. In other words, I see this as more of a bait question rather than you legitimately asking what street leveler can beat Vader.

He didn't specify prep but for certain street levelers, prep is a major part of what their "arsenal". There's no reason why should the concept of prep be treated differently from other concepts like power armor and weapons.

Yeah, on that one-sided prep part, but whether is it unfair or not is another topic altogether.

How is that ridiculous? There exist characters in the Star Wars universe who were immune or resistant to the Force. I may have only watched the movies, but I've heard these characters do exist. So what is preventing Batman from researching on a way to do that?

They do exist sure, but building a machine just seems...bizarre, plus then it just makes prep an "I win" card when prep isn't really suppose to be that. Even still while there are those immune/resistant to The Force, it still doesn't protect them from the speed of Force Users or their lightsabers or non-direct Force attacks.

Well, not that is a major big issue, but I don't quite see the logic in there. So if there's no weapon specified in the thread, then the street levelers gets no weapon even though people like the Punisher often wields them?

Without prep, there is no street leveler that can take Legends Vader. At all. I mean shit, he'd steamroll a ton of them at once.
