weakest that can beat a bloodlusted Lapis?

Ok so im watching steven universe Lapis' Lament and all of a sudden she pulls an ocean from the earth? I thought it was just citywide until I actually seen the scale of it, from the looks of it it was done pretty effortlessly. Thats a multi-country to continent level feat (casually) if were being technical, and I also noticed when her and Jasper fused she remained in control and is essientially fighting herself in a much stronger form.

So I guess the question remains who can take this gal?:

Aquaman

Anybody with TP, anybody that can blitz her, anybody with decent ranged attacks and accuracy and anybody with TK.

Cyclops.

@juiceboks: She tanked the explosion of the Gem ship so I don't think Cyke could win. And her hydrokinesis is really fast.

@americanspeeddemon: Cyclops has dished out exceedingly more damage than that, and has hurt characters head over heels more durable than her.

Cyclops has better reaction time showings, and his blasts travel faster than anything she can create.

@juiceboks: The gem warship tanked rose's cannon which oneshotted the red eye which the gems couldn't break and which had mass enough to produe gravitational distortions. Tanking that explosion should give her at least island+ level durability. Not to mention her hydrokinesis should be massively hypersonic.

@americanspeeddemon: The Red Eye had a gravitational pull because that was part of it's design not because it's mass was that significant. You also have to realize that the ship exploded from the inside out because of the power core destabilizing, that explosion was multi city block level as it shown to be. Island level is honeatly laughable, as that would imply that Steven's shields can tank island level attacks with ease and that's obviously not true.

Her attacks aren't massively hypersonic though, and that's still slower than Cyclops' optic beams.

@juiceboks: Steven's tanked an entire ocean collapsing on it which would be way higher than Island level already.
