It's the animal-powered SIREN vs. the emerald alien BAD-ASS in a battle to represent their respective universes, DC and Marvel! Random encounter. State which woman you think would win and why in this FIRSTof weekly battles of DC and Marvel women (and, if you want to state your choices ALL AT ONCE, go to my DC vs. MARVEL: Girl Fights!!! thread). Ready? BEGIN!
Vixen vs. Gamora
Yes, @vitalius,Vixen is a siren (and a babe, a hottie, a bombshell, and any NUMBER of monickers I could use to describe her). I used siren (which is used to describe alluring, seductive women) because it fits.
Ah ok.
She was on JLI and one of candidates to JL. But i would like to DC create another League to use jobless major characthers
Unlimited or United ? Sorry i meant new Justice League Unlimited.
Unlimited. It was 46 issues.
I think a Justice League Task Force would be better. A undercover team to fight global crime similiar to Secret Avengers. I would use characthers on street level or with special moveset and mostly characthers who are wildcards or with untap potencial to be explored.
Gamora, because terrestrial animals aren't really any threat to her.
what if vixen takes on the traits of a dragon?..don't ask me how..
@malachi_munroe: Unless she turns into Thanos, I don't believe it matters that much. Besides, Vixen doesn't change shape at all, she just takes on several properties of an animal while remaining in human shape.
So, as this weekly battle comes closer to an end, VIXEN has a slight lead. Anyone out there think GAMORA would win---or does the 'Vine agree that Vixen is the better combatant of the two?
It could be argued that Gamora is the better h2h combatant, but in all fairness during her tenure as a hero she has dated Bronze Tiger, befriended and served alongside Batman, Black Canary, Wonder Woman, Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), Green Arrow and trained under all of them.
She is easily a well above average h2h combatant. The real trouble Gamora has to deal with IMO is the fact that Vixen can dupe Gorilla Grodd's telepathy and/or his telekinesis again and defeat her from a very safe distance. Among other options available to her...
@heraldofganthet, I agree with your assessement. Even though I try to stay nuetral in battle threads I create I have to ask you: do you think that's in Vixen's character (the Gorilla Grodd stratagm), at least right away, or is it more likely she would hold off on doing that?

If Gamora proved to be a challenge early on in the battle, Vixen would be more likely to use more terrestrial options (current and/or extinct) to dispatch her. If for some reason this failed to get the job done, then she would employ the more exotic options open to her (extra-terrestrial, meta-fauna, and/or the mythological).
Hell, if this is a combined universe she might just dupe Lockjaw and drop Gamora off on Venus with no ride back home (a seriously a$$hole move, but there you go...;)!
@heraldofganthet, HAHAHAHA! Since this individual battle is from my "DC vs. Marvel: Girl Fights!! thread (check it out, if you wish) where the stakes in succeeding rounds is progressively FATAL, then I can't disagree with what you're saying-as they say, all's fair in love and war!
Wow! Since I last looked in, Vixen appears to have taken a COMMANDING lead! With the moments to the conclusion of this week's battle ticking down to conclusion, will this trend be the finale-or are there some 'Vine members who think differently? If there are posters out there who want to chime in, feel free to do so-and give reasons!
