Unicron vs Dr. Doom

Scenario:

During one of Doom's monologuing classes, Latveria is under siege by the Four Horseman of Unicron. They destroy most of Lateria but leaves some parts Doomstadt intact. They deliver a message to Doom. Due to a distortion in space and time, Unicron (his physical form) has been transported to the Marvel universe. He wishes to return home but decides to have a little snack before he leaves and sets his sites on Earth. He senses that Doom is the only immediate threat and chooses to cripple him by setting his country ablaze. The Heralds state that Unicron we arrive in 1 weeks time to consume him along with Earth.

2 rounds:

Round 1: Setting in near Saturn. Unicron's Horsemen and former Heralds vs Doom-Bots and whoever Doom has partnered with in the past

Round 2: Setting is by Earth's moon: Unicron (fully Transformed and hovering towards Earth's atmosphere) vs Whatever Doom has at his disposal.

The rules of engagement are simple:

1 year prep before fight starts

No time travel

BFR is off

Bloodlust in on

EDIT: Switch it up a bit to give Doom some leeway.

Unicron eats planets and can never be defeated. Unicron.

Unicron eats universes. Thats his lifes ambition, and he can only be put away by the matrix of creation.

BUMP.

Aint even fair dough.

Silver Surfer solos the first round. (I think he counts).

Second round Doom builds a plot device that opens two portals into the universes those Infinity Gauntlets he's sporting; napping both his fingers to turn Unicron into a Waspinator - taking both gauntlets off and then blasting him to pieces.

Unicron wins

So you set up an obvious spite thread and even turn off half of Doom's powers? What's the point?

@Baldy: I don't think its spite. Doom could have a legit chance of winning when you think about. Also Doom's magic and time machine doesn't take up the bulk of his powers. He has accomplished some pretty good feats without having to resort to offing people his spells or going back in time and changing history. Hes built planet busting weapons for god sakes. And the point is to hear from the people and see who they think could win.

Unicorn is a universe eater. Galactus would even fall to him.

The magic/science combination is what Doom is all about. He works magic into his inventions, so yes taking away his magic is like cutting him in half. How could he possibly create something powerful enough to defeat Unicron in one week?

@Baldy: Maybe its was my inner troll that pushed me into making this fight, but you put up a good point. This fight does seem kinda one sided.

@JohnnyWalker: Unicron is a force of nature, Chaos personified. He's like transformer-style cross of Doomsday and Galactus. He'll always comeback even when destroyed and can't be destroyed the same way twice.

Doom usurp Beyonder's power, who is way above Galactus or Unicron, but since OP don't want Doom to win, then Unicron wins.

Even if Doom don't have power stealing, he can always use magic, but OP turned that off also.

Without these OP, Doom wins with prep or magical power.
