Well, I'll say Colossus. He is super strong and almost invulnerable. Ultra boy can only use one power at a time so that limits him in a hand to hand fight with Peter.
If Ultra Boy hits Pete with super strength, his defenses will be down. If he defends with invulnerability, he won't be able to hurt Colossus. As I said before, Ultra Boy can only use one power at a time, which makes him interesting but not as powerful as other powerhouses. I like the Legion characters but Colossus takes this one.
