Tyrant solo everyone apart from Juggernaut, whom Thanos and Despero, 2 kickass telepath, can take care of.

The whole idea that depower Tyrant is some weak version is hogwash really. Same Tyrant stood up to a Galactus who recently fed up on a planet in his anticipation and nearly killed him and made a mockery out of 5 herald level characters twice. He has the ability to absorb energy attack and one shot herald level character, not sure why the team would be any problem.

• Is it honestly a fair match? Can you see either combatant winning or are you legitimately torn on who the clear winner is? If not, don't make it.
• Does the match need a TON of rules to make it remotely fair? If so, don't make it.

Obviously in this case you'll want to select "Battles" under the board drop down and then try searching for the match (ie Hulk vs Superman or Superman vs Hulk). If for some reason this option isn't working, open google or whichever search engine you commonly use. Then, type "comicvine" and after it, the match idea. For example "comicvine Superman vs Hulk" or "comicvine Hulk vs Superman."
• Do people know about the character you're involving? If he/she/it is very obscure, provide extra details. We all love to learn about new characters, so share with us your knowledge, and if possible, scans.
• Does your match have more than 14 characters going at it? Odds are this is far too complex and there are way too many variables (not to mention the difficulty in properly balancing such a match). Please try to avoid these (here's looking at you, vague X-Men vs JL threads).
• Does your match have details? Are the characters current or classic versions? Do they have their standard weapons? Where are they fighting? How far apart do they begin? Are they visible? Are they in character?
• Spice up your thread with some images. Provide a picture of the characters involved and location if possible.

Okay I modified a few things.

No he isnt, depowered version (which people frown upon) and full power version are in fact on the same level, marvel themselves dont classify Tyrant as being depowered or otherwise.

Tyrant fought Galactus in the past and Galactus reduced his size, so reasonably weakened him. By the time he appeared next on panel he had already replenished himself.

It´s still one sided, remove the prep thing and Tyrant, then you might have a fair fight.. maybe..

Team 1, i wish Surfer to be on Tyrant level but he is not, anyway Surfer is the strongest on team 2.

I can understand people thinking otherwise when it comes to Tyrant, he doesn have limited feats. But marvel made it pretty clearly he is pretty close to power level as Galactus, but thats about it, apart from that he doesnt have a lot of feats.

That has Tyrant entire chronology till date, and if you notice its very short.

Tyrant alone could probably smash 90 percent of that team... I mean he ran through Gladiator, Silver Surfer, Beta Ray Bill like they was kids...

Team 2 win. Too many hitters and 1 sided prep. Tyrant is the most powerful character here (unless its like Pc Darkseid or HP Doomsday) and Martian Manhunters telepathy would offset Thanos'. They'd have to Cains helmet off and if its Classic the. He physically is the most imposing character here.

No Sir... even though they are Strong Powerhouses... I don't think they can hold Tyrant.

I don't know what prep would do here... I mean what could they do to prep for Tyrant ? They would need to find a source of some serious power to even contend with him alone.
