Team wins. Carnage and Eddie were beating down Mulligan, Carnage and Flash would be the same

Edit: Saw its Broxin. Carnage should solo, as Broxins not that impressive IMO

I'll just go with original Toxin. He's just far more impressive then the other's normal stats. All of his feats were from when he was like a week old.

Team though I don't know much about toxin

I think the team could win. Carnage and Venom were able to basically beat Toxin (although Pat wasn't fully ready for them) until Black Cat intervened. The Flash version of Venom should be more useful in this instance as he is more agile than his predecessors (something that would help against Toxin as, although he's fast, he's not been shown to be incredibly fast) and can add more variety to the table. Luke Cage will also add support and together I think they can take a slight majority.
