@hdorman1: How do u figure so. Venom has taken over the hulk by himself before as a matter of fact Venom has taken over Thor. Hulk would me the greatest threat in this battle.
@rusty113: venom is the weak link in team 1 its gargan, he makes mistakes and thor is alot stronger nowadays due to him not holding back anymore toxin is in the 90-100 level if team 1 has a chance its him but it depends if morals apply also iron man he has dossiers on everyone now im sure he is well versed on their weaknesses especially since he got to know petey so well
@hdorman1: Very true. I would think if that battle happened in the marvel universe morals would have to go out the window wouldn't you think? Also could you tell me any more about toxin i have been reading about him for the past half hour and I'm curious to know if you have any cool knowledge about him?
Hulk can almost handle this by himeself without breaking a sweat. Adding Iron Man and Captain America is just the icing on the cake. Iron Man by himself can beat these guys. =/
Damn. I definitely agree don't get me wrong i love team 1 over team 2 but don't you think you guys are underestimating them just a tad bit i mean venom could detach himself and take over captain america or hulk easily
@Sherlock: You are right there are a lot of Venoms, but there are also a lot of super heroes laying there on the ground. I'm a die hard Venom and carnage fan, so that might be the reason i am debating the issue right now lol but think about it Venom has the capability of changing its host meaning it can abandon mac and turn his full attention towards the hulk which is certainly plausible. Toxin could take care of iron man hands down considering he is far greater then venom and carnage put together. I'm just not sure about captain america and carnage
@rusty113: That was just an observation reminds me of Spiderman Web Of Shadows and if Venom can take over hulk then if they manage that team 1 wins cause if venom can toxin can and that would just be scary
iron man could not win solo with prep time obviously because he would come up with a sound wave of some sorts to disrupt the symbiotes. captain america would just try thats about it. But back to the main point theres no prep time in this scenario
i still think the symbiotes have a very good fighting chance. and toxic's ability to resist high frequency attacks along with heat attacks gives them all the advantage they need.

I don't think Toxin is going to be able to solo team 2 once Venom and Carnage are taken out(assuming Tony get's to use sonics and land a couple shots on 'em). Not to mention Hulk thunderclapping the symbiotes right off of them...
If they play smart, the Avengers CAN win, buy honestly, the symbiotes are too quick and maniacal. They can close the distance and bind Hulk before he has a chance to become too strong and work on taking him over by crawling into his nose and mouth.
Venom can b&tchsmack Cap a few 100 yards and work on dodging Iron Man's missile barrage. This could go either way, with Venom eluding Iron Man until he's out of juice (btw his Spidey like reflexes, speed and senses), or Tony could drop a bomb that destroys a city block, trapping, burning and causing a boatload of noise, messing up and killing Venom. The latter may happen, however, Carnage and Toxin are quick and strong enough to avoid Hulk's thunderclaps, and using their appendages and symbiote matter to take over him.
I just think without prep, or Hulk thunderclapping from the jump, they die.
@dre_savage: that could work... If hulk wasn't as fast if not faster than the other team and if he didn't completely outclass them in strength i could see it working. Sadly hulk could solo.
