Tombstone vs. Bane

-In character

-Two weeks of prep for both

-Tombstone has heard that Bane is just a normal human, and is not particularly impressed

-Bane can use Venom if he wants to

-Bane knows exactly who Tombstone is and what he can do, and is ready to bring him down

-Battle takes place in Jump City

Hope this isn't a mismatch.

I'm going to say Bane with prep...he can surely get his hands on some equipment/create some scenarios that would aid him in that time frame.

I'ma say Tombstone.

Seriously though how in the name of GPI is Bane going to hurt Tombstone?

What kind of weaponry and tech does bane have access too? He is gunna need some serious heavy duty firepower to get past Tombstone's Durability. Ik there is prep time but what has Bane shown in comics with prep that he could use to defeat tombstone?

With prep, I'd say Bane. But without prep, I'd say Tombstone.

I believe Bane can take this.

I'm just thinking Bane should be able to use some underworld connections to get his hands on some serious firepower in two weeks, especially since he knows how durable Tombstone is (I'm assuming since it says he knows exactly who and what Tombstone can do). In addition to that, TS just thinks Bane is an ordinary guy, and wouldn't know how to plan against his genius and possible trump cards... O_o

Bane has prep.... but is limited to venom and that's it for the fight? Bane can't do a damn thing to Tombstone.

@jashro44: It would probably take more than a few rockets. Tombstone has survived a gas main explosion and the collapse of the building on top of him basically unscathed.

He can use anything he can get in two weeks. I just specified venom because it isn't specifically a Venom/non-venom battle.

Tombstone beats the Venom outta Bane.

@mextli: Precisely. He's a smart guy, and that's decent time, he can get some good stuff. TS has prep too, but he's obviously not as smart.

Bane would know that gasing Tombstone would be his best option or at the least be something that will that will him to over come Tombstone's physical attributes. Two weeks in a lot of time. So I don't think he will put in as much time and effort as Bane is, it would be likely he wouldn't take it serious and turn up with nothing but a gun or two.

@Decoy Elite: I don't see why not, I mean realistically their would no really way for Joker or Scarecrow to to keep track of all their weaponized gas over the years and would eventually be sold at a black market. In both DC and Marvel the are black market that sell tech along with other weapons that were made from the super hero/villain community. if not, Bane could still get a hold of flash bangs, teargas, knockout gas, C4, grenades, rocket launchers and maybe more. Tombstone is would also have a hell of a time even tagging Bane if it did get into h2h, Bane would easily be able to out maneuver Tombstone.

But you know that one tear gas canister would affect him? Bane in two weeks could gather a dozen or more which would start to completely disorient Tombstone agree? Flash Bangs are a two part grenade, a blinding flash and a disorienting loud sounding bang, which would leave him pretty much blind and deaf. Now what if in that two weeks Bane also got a hold of someone strong sleeping gas or something along them lines.. he could potentially KO Tombstone.

Bane wins

Bane finds one of Ra's al Ghuls lairs and then steals a nuke.

I go with Tombstone although I like Bane more

Tombstone is more durable more than twice as strong (than Bane with Venom)

I don't see how the prep help Bane
