are we talking about scarlet spider? well it doesn't matter becuase during the scarlet spider timeline; petter park was the sarlet spider! spiderman wins becuase not only can he take out toad.. he alone can take out all of the x-men! and F4!! and AVENGERS!!!... not all teams at once, but he had.
Spider-man has literally destroyed toad in the past, in one of the Peter David ASM stories from the 80s. Not a mismatch, but almost. Spider-man has toads agility plus WAYYY superior physicals. And I'm not lowballing toad, his general character history does that on its own
