Who you got now? Both going all out.
Thor vs Hulk (AoU)
Haven´t seen Age of Ultron, I think Thor wins, and I have heard he did some incredible feats in Avengers 2, so that should assure him the win.
thor busts a huge town, destroying the entire landmass in juan hit
No he didn't, Thor, aided by Iron Man, caused the Vibranuim to explode, he didn't do it by himself
@sophisticated_ignorance: he dd u dumby, he is said in triler that he is mighyt
@sophisticated_ignorance: the vibranium core was intact when it fell after the explosion and tony did nothing to actually damage the vibranium. Tony just said it would crack when Thor hit it.
I've always argued Thor would win. I haven't seen AoU yet, but from what I've heard, my mind won't be changed.
@leo-343: Really? That's honestly very disappointing.
@leo-343: I don't think there will be anymore doubt about who the superior brick is, then.
@sophisticated_ignorance: the vibranium core was intact when it fell after the explosion and tony did nothing to actually damage the vibranium. Tony just said it would crack when Thor hit it.
Stop trying to make this a thing, Thor did not bust a city, even the plot description says he and Stark overloaded the machine, no one with the ability to follow the film thinks Thor did that
@leo-343: @stormdriven: While Hulk didn't show any Leviathen level feats, he did showcase high levels of durability, endurance, speed/manuverability and even some ingenuity. We already knew he was strong, now we know he is durable, somewhat tactical, has stamina for days, and can jump high and far, Like Ang Lee's Hulk high and far...
That said, Thor edges out this battle, it is by no means a stomp.
Can someone remind me because I can't recall, when the city exploded and you see Thor thrown into the sea, was his eyes open? Was he conscience? If so that's an incredible durability feat. The biggest durability feat we've seen in a Marvel movie so far.
@dextersinister: Wrong! His power destroyed the city. Stark said he needed Thor to crack it, then used the heat seal to double back his power and vaporize it. The core was still intact when it fell and did not explode. Not hard to understand. He hit it and the city went boom. It's a thing. He's leveled Jotunheim before too so it makes sense.
And let's not forget visible shockwaves from the hammer strike being seen destroying stuff.
@jayc1324: yup.
If Thor fights well with his hammer and pummels Hulk with hard, amped hammer strikes, he wins. Hulk has pretty good reaction feats tho. But I think Thor has better durability.
Thor is the better fighter to me. I still think he would have won that fight in the first film, if under different circumstances.
