What can Cheetah possibly do to Thor? Even if he doesn't just hover above her out of her reach.

Before people run in yelling "Cheetah blitzed Flash", she was amped by Zoom. She didn't do it on her own power.

@venomoushatred1001: Actually, from what I recall, Zoom simply taught her how to tap in her "potential". She even explicitly asked Zoom to "lend her his speed, because The Flash had that power", he then informed her his powers weren't the same as Flash's. So he showed her the means to improve herself, or as Zoom would put it; "Maaake heerrrr bettterrr". It was still her speed.

Cheetah is just a big ball of PIS. She can blitz Flash and even beat Superman IIRC, yet gets stomped by Wonder Woman on the daily? Yeah, not buying it.

Thor still wins. Whats stopping Thor from flying into the air at FTL speeds and raining down the lightning?

However this character has no bracelets that block everything & will be royally f**ked if she gets one bit of lightning . Also morals off ? Nothing's stopping Thor from opening the ground beneath her feet or just causes a massive thunderstorm , or a massive hurricane or a massive tornado . Cheetah needs to breath right ? Morals off Thor is somebody you don't want to meet .

And "morals off" isn't the same as "out of character". It's much more characteristic of Thor to throw his hammer or try to strike his opponent with a lightening bolt.

@uugieboogie: coz your beloved thor is not a uber being like galactus who doesnt need anything like speed and raw strenght to win but thor does and if he is dead befor he can swing his hammer than its even more important like if thor will ever get the chance to use god blast befor he dies.

but if you dont have the strenght to hurt someone than speed is useless in this case she can hurt thor and is way faster than him so cheetah wins. Easy math if you dont get it Speed+Strenght>Raw Strenght

Thor with morals off will 8/10 one shot cheetah . What makes you think Thor wouldn't just spam lightning ? Even if Thor stayed on the ground & she got to Thor he has omni-directional attacks & MULTIPLE times he's used his powers while under distress . She's can't contend with Thor she's outclass & you sound like just another Thor hater lol .
