How is gambit allowed? He could go beyond the the limit by charging something up?

What I mean by this is NO Spiderman Speed. Thats well beyond human. Bullet Dodging is moving fast enough or reflex good enough to dodge the occasional bullets. Heck Drake can dodge bullets. Im saying that is fine. What is not fine is guys who see in slow motion and are more than at the least 2 times speed of normal human thought or moving as fast as Spider Man.

They are all pretty much standard for comic characters

I was under the impression the point of this tourney was to debate with lesser used characters.

If your only allowed 3 arrows any archer you have will be worthless. It will look like olivers quiver from arrow, he usually has 5 or less arrows in there.

Oh, derrrr. Kakashi and Kiba have similar gear. They both have throwing stars and kunai knives, as well as one or two paper bombs (essentially a stick of dynamite). Kiba has a special pill that increases his rage and strength (Not even close to a ton). Kiba also has Akamaru of course, his pet dog that helps him fight.

True, but he doesn't have healing on Wolverine's level (burnt to a skeleton and regenerated). Creepers biggest HF feat is being torn apart and putting himself back together, but it took a good while IIRC.
