I'm not sure, but I think that everybody here is universal level except Herc, Ion and Spectre.

fair enough. with three days prep (do they have info on each other) if they dont imagine strange will put shields up and a few other things with Scarlet Witch's help it'll be a blast. if they do Strange will probably have a way to stop wally. Herc, Thor, and Void are the extreme muscle. Void can take SA Supes. HoM SW (this is the strongest scarlet witch) can probably take Scott. Chaos War Herc could go after Ion (dont know how well hed do but thats ok) RK thor could take Hal Parallax or Spectre and CA with IG could finish off whos left

Cap never had the Infinity gauntlet. The others members of the two teams are real incarnations of the different characters. Is it not a little bit against the consistence of your own thread to have Cap with the IG?

However, during SWII, PR tried to help the avengers, even creating a costume to look like a super-hero.

Replace this Cap that never existed and replace him with PR Beyonder., and now we have a party!

@homicidalmaniac Eh, Wally at full speed + boodlusted can remove Cap's gauntlet, kill Strange and Scarlet Witch before they react, then IMP Herules a couple of times in a matter of seconds, while Superman takes on Rune King Thor and mops up Hercules. The Void would pose a problem, though.

or replace him with Spiderman (he's used the IG or had it in his possession before)

When the stories involving the original IG were published, I was reading almost all the comics around them (at least I was trying to do so).

I don't remember seeing Spiderman with it.

Thanos, obviously, Nebula, Adam, SS in a What if issue and that's it.

If I missed one (or several) episodes, I would love to know which ones and the ref of them (if possible, of course).

you do realize the power of doctor strange right? with Prep and the Power that he has he can put plenty of shields up that can protect from wallys IMP. Thanos with the Infinity gauntlet was afraid of Doc Strange. and unfortunately i dont know if cap knows how to use the IG but if he does he can use the time and space orb to slow Wally down enough where Strange or Wanda takes him out. and that you know strange at this level has his soul protected by eternity. he literally beats death. and is told that he never has to fear it again

I'm pretty sure CW Hercules could solo, if not the rest of his team would insure a victory.

I'm forced to go with Team JLA because of zero feats for Captain America w/ IG.

Avengers don't even need Caps to win this fight, besides I thought the power from the IG is from the IG, not the user (like say a GL ring with will power). If I"m wrong on that someone chime in please.

That's why nebula was able to win against the combined attack of the abstracts (a sentence in the battle was something like: "even the dumbest person in the Universe would win this fight")

For me the real issue is that I'm sot sure that there is a Cap America with IG

Yes, of course they can achieve all of that, but surely the shields going up/slowing down time would require conscious thought, and if Wally can travel faster than thought, he can outrun them performing those actions? I mean, they couldn't do that before the fight began, could they? Would slowing down time count as preparation, or an offensive manoeuvre that is only allowed once the battle has begun? Anyway, even if Superman and Wally can't solo, I still think that the Justice League wins.

You are wrong, Captain America had Infinity Gauntlet for several minutes, this happened few months ago in Avengers comics, Iluminati gathered all gems and formed the Gauntlet and decided that Cap is the best person among them to wield it.

Ok, I guess that's true... although I still think that the person using it makes a difference.

In any case, I still cant decide... the IG is by far the most powerful person/thing on team Avengers, but it has to face off against the Spectre, Parallax, and ION.

I really cant decide, but leaning towards the JLA team.

Can we get a final ruling on Cap with that gauntlet? That's going to make the difference imo. Otherwise I see it being a close fight, JlA leaning on Spectre, but could go either way.

I guess the Avengers would win in these conditions. As stated above, even Nebula became nearly omnipotent when wearing the IG.

I would lean toward the JLA team. Ion, Parallax, Spectre, and Alan with Starheart are the big players on JLA team. Cap with infinity gauntlet, Chaos War Herc, and possibly Scarlet Witch are the major players on Marvel. I think the JLA team has the edge.

Ion alone could duplicate himself and fight all other members of the Avengers simultaneously. The only one he would have trouble with is Cap, but Spectre and Parallax should be able to handle Cap. The thing is JLA has more high-end reality warpers than Avengers. Marvel only has 2 but JLA has 4.

Its basiaclly Zero Hour Parallax and Hand of God Ion vs Chaos War Hercueles the rest are non factors.

I can't recall exactly but he used it to prevent an incursions (or prolong it happening), but he also broke the Infinity Gauntlet. It's safe to say he isn't the best with it..

Being realistic DC has no one who has a multiversal feat. This is a curb stomp for Marvel

Wanda is omniversal

Void is multiversal if you consider he is stronger than Owen

CW Hercules is multiversal

IG captain is multiversal

I don't think Corrigan Spectre and the IG are nonfactors.

The worst arguments I see on this site is "blah blah blah is omniversal/multiversal, so blah blah blah wins". Fact is that besides the IG and Wanda none of the other characters have displayed reality warping powers. You can't defeat someone omnipresent (Ion) without the ability to warp reality. The only reason you say the Avengers win is via a bunch of statements that have barely any basis at all.

Also, saying Corrigan Spectre is not multiversal is one of the most ridiculus things I've heard.

Er, CW Hercules recreated, way more impressive than destroying, the multiverse, which is way above anything HM Wanda did. I don't know anything about IG Captain America.

The IG gauntlet only works in one universe. And where are getting void being a multiversal threat he is not. Your just making stuff up as you go

Wrong. CW Herc can recreate all the multiverses in the world and it still doesn't show he has any offensive fighting capability.

I only said Spectre is powerful. Never said he's more powerful than Ion. I agree that Ion displayed greater power and authority than Spectre in a general sense, but that doesn't mean Spectre is a nonfactor in this fight.

He actually did use the IG in New Avengers this year to try and push a Universe that was going to run into our Universe. He pushed it back for a bit, but not enough and that's how the IG got busted.
