• To the death.
• Battle in a subway.
• This version of Neo is the same one who fought against Agent Smith in the Subway battle.

Round 2: Neo, Smith & Seraph vs Thor, Hulk & The Hulk Buster

• Neo, Agent Smith & Seraph
• Thor, Hulk & The Hulk Buster

Rules:

• Neo will be the One.
• Smith has the Oracles powers.
• Seraph comes at full strength.
• Standard Gear.
• Battle in New York City.

Round 3: The Smith Clones vs Ultron, Loki, The Chitauri & The Ultron Bots

Round 1: Neo solostomps.

Round 2: Neo solostomps.

Round 3: Everyone on Earth was a Smith, so there are, at least, billions of them. They stomp.

2. The only round I could see going to the MCU. But I'm not really sure.
3. The MCU simply get overwhelmed.

1. They aren't humans. Each Smith is roughly as powerful as a Matrix 1 Agent (pre-upgrade). Even then, a Smith clone was able to one-shot an upgraded Agent, and a few dozen were draining Neo.
2. Their assimilation doesn't directly damage. It leaves no wound; it simply rips right into their code.

Assuming assimilation works in this battle, they should be able to do it.

1. Team Matrix stomps.

2. The only round I could see going to the MCU. But I'm not really sure.

3. The MCU simply get overwhelmed.

Team Matrix stomps, although I don't think Neo could solo. He is not THAT powerful pre becoming the One.

Round 2, Neo absolutely solostomps, it is not even funny
