Flash wins. He's just too effin fast. He will take him apart molecule by molecule, reassemble him with a bomb inside, have sex with his mother and develop the pictures so that he can see them before he combusts from the inside with his last thought one of utter incomprehension.
Also theres the whole ability to phase through solid objects and decide if he wants them to explode when he comes out of them. That could come in handy.

simple solution-kill all the marine iguanas. Prenuke Godzilla is no match for flash, no matter what where's waldo like hiding ability he has among his fellow sea lizards.
the ability to control how fast molecules move results in him being able to cool down Godzilla if he wanted to. Ignore that and the whole timetravel, killing infant lizards thing, he could just phase through his foot or something. And even if this didn't kill him, he'd be out a foot. And then another foot. Pretty soon you have a flailing torso slowly bleeding whatever life force he has away. You tell me, who won that fight?

Pretty stupid idea. It was theorized in a movie once (G-man vs Destroyah?) that if Godzilla's core were to undergo a meltdown, he'd burn straight through to the earth, taking Japan with him. Comicvine states "When overloaded with radiation all of Godzilla's abilities increase one hundred-fold however when his temperature reaches 1200 degrees Celsius, he will meltdown, causing everything in a 10 light years radius to suffer from extreme radiation and heat and incinerating the planet he is on." If phasing through Godzilla causes such a chain reaction 1) Flash wouldn't know what the buck is happening, and 2) everyone would die.
I want to see the Flash "go back in time" after he's been vaporized. There's no second chances with this type of thing. I do, however, think the Flash could "beat" the big green monster.

Goes both ways, sir. Flash might just phase through any of his attacks. Difference is the Flash could steal away the very energy that powers the SS. Then again, the SS has total control of the cosmos, so he could bend the laws of physics and give himself energy. Then again.. I like Silv, I'm going with SIlv.

"Cosmic" is magical? Isn't it just cosmic energy (energy coming from the universe; e.g. radiation), and thus, kinetic? Kinetic energy is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to its current velocity. If SS is using everyday energy found in the universe to power himself to move, then Flash could just steal that energy away as he usually does. If it's magical, then SS def trumps Flash.
