For those not familiar with American Football, 4th and 10 is the offense's last attempt to score a touchdown or advance 10 yards for a first down (4 more chances to do the same thing).

In this Gauntlet, Thanos will be on offense, looking to advance 10 yards. He cannot use his shield, amps, TP, teleportation, prep, cosmic blasts, etc. He's just charging in and looking to bypass the defense. If he advances 10 yards, he moves on to the next round. If he is killed, KO'd or falls down, that's where he stops.

Round 1-

Hawkeye (explosive arrows), Green Arrow (explosive arrows), Black Widow (SMG) Punisher (assault rifle) and Deadshot (sniper rifle).

Round 2-

Batman (explosive Batarangs), Bullseye (projectile) Deathstroke (rocket launcher) Captain America (shield toss) and Deadpool (grenade launcher).

Round 3-

Killer Croc, Venom Bane, Sabretooth and Blob attempt a full speed tackle attempt.

Round 4-

Shocker (shockwaves), Pyro (fire blast), Mr. Freeze (ice blast) and Gambit (full deck throw).

Round 5-

Warpath, Beast and Rhino attempt a full speed tackle.

Round 6-

Iron Man and War Machine shooting a barrage of missiles.

Round 7-

Cyclops, Havoc and Bishop unload a high powered blast attack.

Round 7-

Human Torch (fire blast), Sunspot (fire blast), Iceman (ice blast) and Storm (hurricane winds).

Round 8-

Hawkgirl (mace swing) while The Thing and Colossus attempt a full on tackle.

Round 9-

She Hulk, High tiered Wendigo and Sasquatch attempt a full on tackle.

Round 10-

Grey Hulk, Abomination and Red Hulk attempt a full on tackle.

Round 11--

Lantern Construct Attack from Atrocitus, Hal Jordan and John Stewart.

Round 12-

Hyperion, Black Adam and Wonder Woman fly in and swing their hardest punch.

Round 13-

Thor (Mjolnir), Bets Ray Bill (Stormbreaker) and Martian Manhunter fly in for their hardest hit.

Round 14-

Gladiator (full confidence), WBH and Superman (sun dipped) throw their hardest punch.

Round 15-

Mangog, General Eiling, HP Doomsday and Juggernaut charging at full speed attempt a tackle.

Bonus-

Darkseid Omega Beams

One of the most intelligent beings in all of comics doesn't know how to run forward? No one in the gauntlet have football experience for that matter, so they have no edge over him.

He has been knocked around a lot. He could stop way earlier. All he has to do is fall. Most of the rounds won't hurt him but he could def get knocked back or down.

Thanos doesn't weigh that much despite his durability so he gets thrown eventually

could Mr Freeze possibly freeze his feet and the others knock him over?

beyind that any of the rounds with physical heavy hitters could potentially knock him down, thus causing a 'loss' in that round.

13 knocks him back but he doesn't fall, they may call stop of forward progress there. If not, he clears.

This.

He stops solely due to juggernaut, who he can't "out charge", but there is a chance that 13 may make him off balance & fall, although a low one. 14 also have a chance to make him fall back, but it is more likely that he just gains balance by himself instead of falling.

But if he has encountered juggernaut before, he'd be smart enough to not get intercepted by him, charging into someone else, potentially clearing.

But he has to charge with his strength to 10 yard only. Unless he falls down, he can continue according to OP.

NOTE: I actually thought that it will involve someone like Odin or even galactus's blast (before reading the gauntlet)

13 since Eric Masterson already showed he can knock Thanos down and launch him a few hundred yards with a single hammer swing(though granted it happened in space). Thor has also knocked him down with a single swing before(without the power gem).
