Ugh, I was really trying to avoid this battle but I couldn't help myself.
Temari and Storm are just in different leagues of manipulating the elemental force of Wind. Within the Naruto-verse, Temari is a notable threat because one swoop of her fan can level forests, create a giant tornado, shred objects or people in the same fashion as a scythe would and also summon a wind spirit via blood offering. Post-Shippuden and Pre-Shippuden Temari was still in the same bracket of being a deadly threat within or out of her land/country. She even proved herself against an opponent whos chakra fused blades literally cut wind in half, leaving her almost defenseless.
Storm however.....well....is clearly the embodiment of an elementalist. Even stripping her down to just the manipulation of wind, she is still a much more bigger threat. Jovian pressure fields, winds strong enough to cut through mountains, instantaneous hurricanes/typhoons/tornadoes etc etc. without the use of a weapon or hand signs. Within Marvel she is dangerous, within the Naruto-verse she could be that much more. Now I'm not saying that this is an utter stomp because it isn't. I just see Temari having a much more difficult time trying to find a window of opportunity for an attack.
But I will say this, if Temari can pull off that Weasel Summon before her chips are down, Storm might find herself in more trouble than she would think. That creature is literally the personification of wind, it moves so incredibly fast that the only time you see it is before it attacks and during the aftermath.
