Robin(Tim) vs  Hawkeye (I think with 20 ft separating them, Tim can think of a way to close the distance or at least avoid Hawkeye's projectiles until he has a plan, plus his regular gear is pretty decent for long range assaults. More rules need to be set for this one because Hawkeye could take it too in my opinion.)

He has a force field that Wolverine will be able to do nothing against. He can mess with him with his sonic attacks and the sonic cannon would do serious damage. He's way stronger, physically, and has put down people with greater durability than Wolverine. The cybernetic enhancements have added some sort of speed/reaction time for him as well, so Wolverine's speed isn't a big factor. He was able to hit Ravager, who has precognition, so tagging Wolverine won't be much of an issue. Once hit attacks land, Wolverine is done. "

As well Tim's gadget's are superior to Hawkeye's trick arrows and Tim is better at up close
