I say the CN team takes it. While Timmy has limitless possibilites, hes still just a kid, and will probably underestimate the enemy, and shirk off his three weeks of prep time, as i suspect dog will as well despite cat wanting to take it seriously. Timmy would most likely come up with some convoluded tactic which is essentially the premise to most episodes of FOP. Zim, while having alot of resources, is all around terrible at what he does, and could be taken out fairly easily by Jack, and as for Arnold, i just dont see what use he has. Also canonically spongebob is like two inches tall.
Whereas on the CN team, Johnny is essentially a non factor for many of the same reasons as Timmy is, and i dont know enough about i am weasel. However, the CN team gets a hard carry from Jack, Tom, and Jerry. Jack all around has amazing skills that far surpass anyone on the CN team, whereas Tom and Jerry can cook up all kinds of crazy stuff with three weeks of prep time, Jerry created a chemical that gave him super speed in like five minutes, and did this consistently two or three times throughout the episode, Tom meanwhile has access to plenty of resources such as weapons and explosives at his disposal., as well as the fact that both of them are debateably the most intelligent characters on either team, and have shown efficency in planning, and strategy in their many quarrels.
