Team Cosmic vs Team Asgard vs Team Hell

Odin is made aware that Thanos has located one of the gems needed for the Gauntlet. He assembles a team and plans to intercept. The twist is that the gem is in Mephisto's realm, and he two gets assistance in securing the Stone.

Let's assume all teams are working with each other.

Team Asgard- Odin, The Destroyer, Loki and Thor.

Team Cosmic- Thanos, Depowered Tyrant and a bloodlusted Surfer.

Team Hell- Mephisto, Surtur and Ghost Rider.

Fight is in Mephisto's realm. He has the Stone and awaits the teams to fight to the death. No additional prep given.

What happens?

Bonus:

Winning team is fully rested and goes against a Starving Galan and Trigon, who wins?

Team hell stompfest Dormammu or Surtur are in the same league of Odin, change Loki and Thor for Bor and Cul otherwise team demons stomp the other teams

Fight in Mephisto's realm? Mephisto solo's. He's around Galactus's level in his realm.

I'd say they lose the bonus round though.

Edit made. Johnny as the Rider added to Team Hell in place of Dormammu. Surtur loses his sword.

Even against Odin?! I thought Mephisto had to get Galan to leave his realm before or something, and Odin has held his own against Galan.

@dre_savage: Mephisto is quite tough also how strong was galan in mephistos realm cos odin lost quite badly to galan. Mephisto should win here.

@dre_savage: Having them is just the same as those Justice League vs. Avengers battles where people include Batman and Captain America. Next to the big guys like Superman, Martian Manhunter, Hyperion, and Thor, they add nothing to the fight and are non-factors. Same thing goes for adding Thor when team Asgard already has Odin.
