Apparently Ultimate Aunt May's pretty tough, from the very little bit I saw when finding a picture of her. Ultimate Spider Man Aunt May (say what you will about the show) kinda does whatever she wants, she might have random h2h skills but I forget. IIRC Aunt May from the trilogy hurt Doc Ock. Plus there's her cookies to consider...
