Full Star Heart?
No, just regular Alan with his non-possessed feats... which are still substantial.
@beatboks1 thought you might be interested in this thread.
Would Alan go full starheat if Thanos killed Jade or Todd?
Perhaps. He just starts out as normal Alan, but anything is allowed after that if it's in character.
It won't matter if Alan is full starHeart because the fact that Todd and Jenny Lyn are together means that they will. post brightest day they cannot be in the same location because the two then merge and become full starheart Darkness.
As to Alan his greatest showings non full starheart are all when emotionally invested because his family is at risk. When his wife was taken to hell he soloed all hell until Neron came along for a temporary win. When he faced evil Todd who was soloing the JSA. When Jenny Lynne was facing starheart. When Grundy was attacking near his home and his wife. When it looked like Todd would die at Monument point and he soloed the god thatbwas soloing a heavy rostered JSA

Make one with Thanos and New 52 Alan, then tag me I'd love to debate some others on that match up
No
Thanos has matched Odin.
EVen full Starheart I doubt Alan could do that. non starheart definitely not
By matched, you mean being unable to beat Odin? All Thanos was in that fight was a sponge. Impressive yes but there was no scenario where Thanos would've won
I mean matched as in wasn't beaten by Odin, i.e stalemate. Alan would loose to Odin ergo he can't solo someone who's shown not to loose to him. BY definition matched means equalled as in not lost and not overcome.
Non Starheart Alan has been defeated by Brainwave Jnr more than once(one of those times he actually suffered that defeat when he had the help of Kyle Raynor). He's been beaten by female Ultra Humanite (who simultaineously fought Superman). smashed up by Vulcan son of fire. That's not the record of someone who can solo Thanosas all these guys are below him
Hard one.
Obsidian’s possession is a big factor and him not needing a physical form will give Thanos trouble, however Photon tried possessing Thanos and it backfired.
So similar to how when Gog forced Obsidian out, Thanos has shown to be able to deal with the possession factor.
Alan has great damage output but not on the level or above Odin with Gugnir, so Thanos should deal with that somewhat fine.
The only way I see the team coming out on top, is Jade being killed, with Obsidian using clones and again attempting possession and while failing it, it may allow Alan to unleash Starheart to land the finishing blows for KO.
However more often than not I’m going with Thanos just due to his crazy durability and genius intelligence.
Thanos 5.5-6/10 IMO.
