There's no way to know how powerful they would be, but based on standard levels, I would say that Hercules outshines Slade by a humungous margin.

@buddyboy1999: I agreed with you and posted that but thinking about it , wouldnt the symbiote bond alot better with Slade? honestly i dont think the symboite even helps herc, hes post 100 tons, lifts the sky, the earth, its more sybiote Slade vs herc
