Is this the Superman from the original films? Anyways, I could see Supes from the original film taking this.
strength advantage to superman. i can see him beating to death doomsday maybe.
The guy was fast too, there's a scene where he is flying from Chicago to Metropolis to Gotham etc so fast that the media are reporting on the crimes he's stopping at practically the same time and reference scientists suggesting he's travelling near the speed of light. Probably hyperbole and unquantifiable, but I'd say he's he's significantly faster than Doomsday.
If we taketake DCEU Superman's feat of shifting tectonic plates legit, which I do, is it more impressive than Superman Returns feat of lifting the small continent/large island?

Physically speaking, the DCEU feat is actually ridiculously impressive. The amount of force necessary to cancel out the movement of tectonic plates is horrifying to even think about.
Lifting "pangea" feat is only impressive in that it should be impossible... as it was an island supposedly mostly made of Kryptonite. We don't know the weight/density of Kryptonite though.
One is marginally more quantifiable than the other, but happens off screen.
@boringperson: I think with this feat, Superman would physically be the strongest live action character and Doomsday is considered even more powerful.
@rogueshadow: supes smiles and solos zack snyder's punk dceu with a wink

About that tectonic plates feat, where does it say that he did it with his bare hands?.

All it says is "Superman shifts tectonic plates. Prevents devastating earthquake"
@reaverlation: Is on a news report or something? Is it on the Ultimate Cut?
I'll re-watch it tomorrow xD
Still I want to know where in the movie does that happen.
@reaverlation: That's correct. Superman could have moved those plates in any number of ways besides using raw strength.
@brucerogers: I'm willing to see what other ways there are
@brucerogers: how else would he have done it?
@brucerogers: I'm willing to see what other ways there are
To be honest, I got no good answer to that since I am not all that sure how the plates move in the first place lol. But if I were to guess, he could maybe have done something with his heat vision? maybe taken the help of some specialised equipment?. The point is, that we have no idea how the plates were moved, nor has that feat ever been referenced, nor has he ever displayed that much raw strength on screen. So I was just musing at the fact that people are jumping to conclusions by using this as an actual feat.
@brucerogers: Ah thanks!!! I'll watch the movie again later tonight and pay close attention to that part!
@brucerogers: Convection currents in the mantle cause plate movement, I suppose if Clark spends his days swimming in the mantle and spamming heat vision he'd move them significantly after a couple 1000 years or so XD

Lol :P

The alternative to raw strength is him otherwise outputting gigatons of force in some other way.
Which would be somehow worse and less defensible in my mind. Gigatons of Heat Vision would mean literally world ending levels of heat vision. Gigatons of force in strength doesn't necessarily mean that much power in striking.
For people to even notice there was a disturbance to begin with, they have less than 30 minutes warning before an earthquake with even the luckiest most sophisticated tech... So Superman has 30 minutes to get there, identify what he can do, and enact it.
Seeing as DCEU Superman doesn't have much in terms of reaction based/time dilating superspeed... I'm not sure what else he could have possibly thought of other than manually pushing somehow.
@boringperson: *shrugs*, like I said, we have neither seen anything about that feat apart from that one paperclipping, nor has he ever demonstrated that level of strength on screen. So I am taking that 'feat' with a grain of salt.

Of course, grains of salt must abound.
That's why my original response is rather subdued.
@boringperson: *shrugs*, like I said, Doomsday will win and thats true plus i'm cool.
Yes I am cool
