I think Supergirl can win here. She is way faster than World War Hulk and currently she has a Super Strength level near Superman's. I can really see Kara winning here against World War Hulk.
Surely, speed is an important factor in this fight. Maybe World War Hulk has more strenght than Supergirl but Supergirl is much more faster and agile than Hulk. So I say Supergirl too..

and ill also go threw any feat they say like the asterioid busting for example was a durablity feat in the majority of it and was 40 years ago with hulk wouldnt even get cut from adamantium claws

ok supergirl can move near the speed of light alot faster in space, like hitting the sun in a mid sentence, meaning she could easily speed at hulk fly him into the sun while she gets a power boost, hulks incinerating and shes getting stronger, than maybe decides to push him further to the core and fly of or watch him burn who knows?. unless someone can show a scan of hulk taking the core of the sun pressures and not getting hurt, bty the human torch supernova is more like nuclear temp its been talked about before
