That's great. Yet again you show something that everyone knows and accepts.
Yes the Surfer can travel exceptionally fast in both normal space and hyperspace. Lets look closely at each of your images,
Image 1: The first scan mentions galaxies streaking past in a blur but no time frame is mentioned for the transit time. Therefore velocity cannot be calculated.
Image 2: Unless I missed something that again does not mention distance travelled or the time taken.
Image 3: Great, that sure helps us estimate his velocity, sentences like "At a speed that defies description in human terms". I can describe a lot of things. I know that if you travel from point A to point B in a straight line and it takes 1 hour, then your velocity is the distance divided by the time i.e. 15 mile per hour. Therefore the rate at which he travels can be understood as long as we have the distance and the time. The scan above does not provide either and he has apparently used an existing spatial effect (a wormhole) to traverse this 'huge' distance.
Could you actually have contributed something worthwhile ?

From a standing start he must still accelerate to around 97% the speed of light before he enters hyperspace.
All this takes time and it will take far more than a few seconds to cross a galaxy.

He could not from a standing start or even if he was already coasting through the solar system as a 1/10th the speed of light.
He still has to accelerate in normal space to reach the critical velocity (I think that is roughly 95% the speed of light) to enter hyperspace.
He then still has to continue accelerating even when in hyperspace to reach his top velocity, at which speed it still takes him some time to cross a galaxy.
He cannot accelerate fast enough to get anywhere in the universe (which is far bigger than a galaxy). The Universe is approx 93 billion light years in daimeter according to some scientists. The local group of galaxies (of which the Milky Way is part of) consists of 35 galaxies alone. So when you said universe that was a big fat lie.
I have some suggestions for you.
1. Proof read what you type before you post it as you don't post accurate statements (galaxy vs universe for example).
2. Try to actually ask more questions if you don't know an answer to a issue before you try to steamroller in on a discussion
3. Don't get all your comic facts from internet sites. Go out and buy some older comics and read them.
4. Try to interpret the information on the page of a comic a lot more accurately.
5. Grow smarter.
