Bob sapp has just about zero skill. He beats jobbers because of his overwhelming size.
Slice has good timiing, and a hell of a punch. He could KO Sapp. In addition, Sapp has proven that he doesnt have what it takes to gut it out, having tapped to a few ground and pound punches, and not really being hurt at the time. (bobby lashley fight)
They both are horrible in MMA. In a street fight (where they belong) this could go either way. If Kimbo lasts more than a few minutes Sapp will gas, and if Kimbo can trip him up, Sapp on the ground might as well be an upside down turtle. But Sapp is much stronger, and has more experience. Sapp also has KO'ed guys not unlike Kimbo in size and strength. I'll say Sapp wins this with a big gross ogre punch and a little ground and pound.
Kimbo would beat the crap out of Bob Sapp in a street fight... it wont be no different then when Kimbo fought that 400 pound Can with the Afro on You Tube... lol
Ever since Sapp did a number TWICE on the great Dutch fighter K1 Ernesto Hoost i knew he was more than just a freak show. But the problem with Big Bob is he has more bad showings than good, Ray Sefo comes to mind..But i wouldnt bet against him if he ever got to fight Kimbo ;-)

Its a Street Fight though...and Sapp has been gassing like crazy in most of his fights... all Kimbo would have to do is catch that Big Bastard which wont be a problem... he will drop Sapp

kimbo is a excellent brawler he just was in over his head when he got in the UFC he has 0 ground game however now that he is getting trained more there is no doubt kimbo can beat him

i wouldn't say sapp is more skilled than kimbo, sapp may be more experienced in pro bouts than kimbo, the reason i would give this to sapp is b/c his sheer size and power difference, sapp has fought many real good fighters in the past and did ok against a few of them, mostly he gets gased out thru later in the rounds and gets tko'ed or submitted but that's just how he fights, he is a brawler that relies on size and strength any one of those punches can hurt even if u are blocking them, kimbo would have real good chance if he can take the fight to the ground and alos utilizing kicks but lets face the fact, that's not who kimbo is really even tho he very well can have a different game plan going into this fight here

@return_2_solace: Sapp is worthless. But that makes him infinitly more valueable than Kimbo. James Thompson was slaughtering Kimbo until a crap doctor stoppage, and then Kimbo loses to another nobody. Why? They actually had a modicum of skill. Sapp isn't very good, but it's more than enough to handle Kimbo as long as he doesn't fall down, which he could, he is worthless. Sapp wins 6/10 with ogrishness.

People forget after his decades of throwing fights just how scary Bob was in 2002.
For a brief 1 year period Bob was legitimately one of the most imposing men on the planet. The guy folded kickboxers in half with strikes, beat Ernesto Hoost twice and thrashed Big Nog for 10 minutes back when Nog was the top heavyweight.
