Sasuke's powers work the moment the light from his eye hits his target's eye, aka lightspeed.

SO naruto=Sasuke and Naruto>Storm so why is this any differnt? Does someone really hate storm?

So? Storm's powers worked faster than Cyclops' optic blasts( Which are hinted many times to be lightspeed), lasers, and that's not counting she can attack him before Sasuke starts to think.

She also have better feats as far versatility and destructive powers goes.

Many characters reacted to Cyclops optic blasts, including Wolverine, they are a pulse of kinetic energy, concussive force.

@unrelenting: Give me one counter Naruto has, when Sasuke turns him into the core of Cibaku Tensei?As well as give me a counter to Rinne genjutsu, and before you use the perfect jin argument, go read the chapters carefully. Sasuke has access to all chakra types as well. Kekkai genkais cant do jack against a Rinnegan. Yeah it would be close but i would give it to Sasuke 7/10.

@mugen_tsukuyomi: For the Rinne genjutsu Naruto overloads it with his chakra which was stated in the manga to be a way to get out of a genjutsu, For chibaku Tensei Kurma's avatar will break through it. If he lands a magnet release Rasengan it will in fact do something.

@mugen_tsukuyomi: A much weaker Naruto did it to Pain and the scans show that there not much different is size, Sasuke fighting Naruto was unrestricted he felt no remorse for what he did or what he wanted to do. We have never seen a unrestricted blood lusted naruto with is current power, its on a whole other level then what we have seen. As for why they didn't break out it was plot, if it was a tie without the other 8 tailed beast how would sasuke even come close when naruto had 8 times the chakra he did and a shit ton more firepower. Like i said it's close but we haven't seen a Morales Naruto like we have seen in sasuke. Plus the truth seeking balls negate non-sage jutsu so good luck with Cibaku Tensei.

@hiddenlight: Storm can produce omnidirectional attacks with lightning, so I don't see why this would be a problem, and it's not like she doesn't have other options like Electromagnetic powers too.

I could also bring scans of Heralds getting hit by her lightning if you think Sasuke won't.

And I was thinking more of increasing the pressure of his body until he dies, or maybe the temperature, but this two works well.

I'm ok with the rest of those, but that instance with the Silver Surfer was bad writting at its finest. The guy survived inside supernovas and withstood energy attacks from the greatest beings in the universe. That was horrible WIS.

Sasuke rips out her soul, teleports his weapon into her, or uses gravity manipulation to turn her into a minature singularity, forming a moon around her.

@oblivion360: This would be a NLF and just because his element is lightning doesn't mean Sasuke is 100% immune to it, and I remember Sasuke getting damage by fire attacks. This isn't like Pokemon.

Other characters got hurt by attacks of their own element before.

Waaaaay back. BTW, Naruto characters don't really have elements. They just have preferred chakra affinities.
