Static Shock Vs. Storm

Storm wins in every way.

Poor Static can't stand Storm but Static is completely outclassed here.

Storm Wins because she can cut off his air supply and destory him from the inside

Virgil is cool, but he loses here.

Static is one of my favorite as is Storm and she can do every thing he can but to a higher degree and more.

by the end of his comic, he was losing and reattaching limbs....i would have loved to see where they went with that.

I'm going to go with Static. He's got superior electro-magnetic manipulation, he has enough energy running through his body to re-attach limbs when cut, he has enough control he can electrocute an entire bridge seemingly effortlessly; while affecting only the people he wants to effect (the undead) while leaving the others unharmed. He's also quite a bit more intelligent than Storm; and can manipulate his powers to a wide variety of effect (including force-fields).

I wish they would have continued his series; I think then he definitely would have shown feats superior to her; but as is I think he can take it but not necessarily would.

Couldn't Virgil just absorb and redirectany lighting based attacks Storm throughs at him. After his electrical manipulation far out-classes hers.

To the bold - She could do the same to him(keeping in mind that her bolts can hit with concussive force) and a lot more.

At the absolute most he has demonstrated he could absorb enough to temporarily black out New York from a power plant. Also Static too can hit with force bolts.

Storm is just far too versatile and powerful. This is not close at all.

I dont believe electricity would harm Storm since her body generates it

@zhurong: She can't generate it, she can only summon it as her powers involve wether manipulation, which lightning is a part of, and just because you can generate it, does not mean you're body can take it. Static on the other hand is practically a big power plant.

Her body does generate electricity (through her mutant metabolism) and she can also channel it through her body.

She is highly resistant to it but not immune like Static, so she can be hurt by it if is not ready to for it. Conversely, if she is ready she can counter and deflect electricity based attacks.

I think Static definitely loses here.

It's gotta be Storm, she's got versatility and serious raw power on-side.

i use to think that too, when she would randomly shoot it out of her hands as if it was her power i thought that was stupid, but apparently she can do it, absorb it manipulate it, what ever the story calls for. whats odd to me though is she doesn't shoot ice blasts out of her hands or anything, she has to summon that.

Storm isn't dumb enough to hit him with electricity. Static is getting stomped.
