Spider-man vs Pride

Spiderman is suspicious of a bunch of his rouges, as they have not turned up anywhere in weeks. He receives a anonymous tip that they are meeting up with eachother to take over the city. The meeting is on the 4th floor of a building currently under construction. The time they are meeting at is around sun set. When Spiderman gets to the building, he finds his rouges dead and bloodied. He sees a small child whom is sitting in a corner. When he goes to confront the child, a shadow attacks him.

Rules

-Spiderman is looking for a KO or immobilize Pride. Pride is looking to massively injure Spiderman.

-Morals on for both characters.

-The location is, as stated by the story, on the 4th floor of a building under construction. The building itself is 10 stories. Street Lights are around the building.

-The fighters start at the opposite sides of the floor they are on, and are aware of the others position.

-Pride has moderate knowledge on Spiderman, like his spidey sense and powers.

YEAH I REALIZED.

If Spidey is only looking to K.O., he's gonna have a really hard time due to a homunculi's durability and healing. Even with their heads knocked clean off, they pop right back up. And knowledge makes it even harder. Pride should win unless Spiderman has somehow figured out how to use alchemy.

It's a lot harder than that. Pride's shadows can range from hands to spikes. He'd be able to get out of it.

@SpeedForceSpider: Even if Spiderman did tie him down, it wouldn't stop the shadows. Plus unless I'm forgetting something, I've never seen a homunculous get knocked unconscious, just "killed" or immobilized.

I'll change the OP to immobilized, yeah you're right, haven't ever seen a homunculus get KO'd, except for when King Bradley took Greed out in the sewers.

I changed the rules, just need to immobilize him.

@TheCerealKillz: Alright better. And still tying up his body won't work because Pride can control his shadows without moving a muscle. If Spider Man could either remove all light from the floor that they are on that could work but it would be really difficult.

@TheCerealKillz: Yeah after he consumed Gluttony he gained Gluttony's abilities so I asked because he could simply consume Pete if he wanted to. Since it's before it gives Spidey a better chance

All Spiderman has to do is eliminate his shadow via bright light, or total darkness. Pete is smart enough to strategize that at least. Since Pride's shadow is slow dodging will not be hard allowing those options.

Well, Pete also isn't aware of what Pride is capable of. the fight is at sunset, it's still kinda bright out when the fight starts.

I'm settling with pride. Peter might not even figure out that cutting the lights would stop pride before he gets chomped up.
