I know there was other battles about this but the OPs' were undescriptive.
Story
Terry goes to New York City in 2099. After reading J. Jonah Jameson's great grandson's articles about Spider-Man 2099 being a menace, the new Batman soughts out to Alchemax due to Spidey 2099 mostly being there. Miguel knows about Terry's plans to kill him, so he uses tech from Alchemax to counter. Who wins?
Rules
Morals off, although the longer the battle goes on they get bloodlusted and morals off.
All have their tech and equipment.
Miguel can get help from Peter Parker (bloodlusted) while Terry can get help from Nightwing. (Bloodlusted)
Win by kill.
A tactical retreat counts as a lost.
No speed-blitzing.
No BFR.
Miguel starts on the "past side" of the portal and Terry starts on the "future side" of the portal.
The power is out and one has to find the other.
The battle ends in the death of Terrence McGinnis or Miguel O'Hara.
