There are three rounds. Spiderman is using the armour he used in the Ends of the Earth storyline. Battles take place in a deserted New York City. Morals OFF. Can win by knockout. (I know round 2 and round 3 sinister six teams aren't really sinister teams).
Round 1: Dr Octopus, normal electro, Scorpion, Green Goblin, Sandman and Rhino
Round 2: Ultimate Green Goblin, Carnage, fully charged electro, Dr Octopus with adamantium harness, Rhino and Sandman
Round 3: Ultimate Green Goblin, Anti-Venom, Morlun, Carrion, Spider-Slayer Mark VIII and Speed-Demon
For Round 3, Spiderman may have 1 day prep with access Horizon Labs technology
