@garrettmana: Regular Electro or anti-matter Electro?
@garrettmana Most of te DC assassins are non-powered (all but Deathstroke if I am not mistaken). So putting them against the likes of Electro, Sandman, and Rhino puts them at a disadvantage. KGBeast and David Cain (alothough once considered to be a top assassin in the DCU) shouldn't probably not be on this list. Lady Shiva and possibly Deadshot would have been better choices in my opinion, and them may have even out the odds a little. Looking at this in terms of pure fighting ability, the DC assassins are more skilled. However, the powers of the Sinister 6 team are very versatile. Rhino has fought the powerhouses such as the Hulk and Juggernaut. Sandman is virtually invincible........ However, given the proper information, Slade could make quick work of practically any opponent (see Identity Crisis).
My vote would have to go with the Sinister 6 based upon the level and versatility of their powers. Bullets and blades wont work against approximately half of the team. However, a prepared Deathstroke could possibly solo their entire team.
Sinister Six would win due to their versatility & team-work ability.
I don't believe that the DC assassins have an answer for Sandman, Rhino, or Electro.

Off the top of my head? Thermite Flash Bomb, Depleted Promethium broadsword to the throat, and making Electro touch his toes, thus causing him to short himself out (hey, it worked when Spider-Man tried it;)!
Sinister 6 should win..
yup
Sinister 6 should win..
Sandy could solo, Electro could solo, Doc Oc could solo (w/ prep)...

I don't think that the DC Assassins will get the chance to do any of that from what I've heard about the Sinister 6.
I tried making a Suicide Squad vs Sinister 6 matchup and everyone said that most members of the S6 could solo.
I didn't know Spiderman Villains were so strong.

Anything's possible. I mean, Merlyn by himself has about as many incendiary arrows as his nemesis Green Arrow. Arrows fly fairly quickly, and based on the laws of physics, incendiary arrows should really ruin Sandman's day. Deathstroke has beastly body armor, plenty of automatic weapons and/or grenades (and the skills to use them) and an indestructible sword. If Wolverine can cut the Hulk (before his healing factor kicks in), then Slade should have zero problem fileting Rhino who lacks said healing factor. Electro is admittedly a problem, but based on Spidey's record against him, not one that can't be overcome.
@rbt:
How can anyone from team 2 hurt Rhino? Going Sinister Six.
Deathstroke has a Promethium sword and crazy skills to match. He will slice and dice Rhino effortlessly.

Just trying to see this thing objectively. I mean, Sandman when serious is a formidable force. But he and Rhino are dumber than the dumbest guy you know. Combined. Electro is a true challenge, but it took him 40 years to become a viable threat to anybody. Spider-Man (with morals on) has dozens of victories over him. Any number of the methods he employed can and/or would be utilized by the Assassins who have no morals at all, and therefore wouldn't be hindered by worrying about collateral damage (property or civilian).
The Sinister Six are tough, but I think that the Assassins can pull this off with difficulty.
Bronze Tiger can take Sandman. He's a better martial artist.
Is this a joke?

It wasn't funny? I need to work on that.
another mismatch that shouldn't have been bumped
