i never actually sean the surfer transmute anybody before sept himself. can he alter other people's powers?

He should be able to. You never see him do it because then he'd win too easily. That's not good for the comic book.

yeah superman is over the top, i really dont like how powerfull they make him out to be. just read the power list for the surfer he's pretty out there aswell. the way they make the surfer sound on http://www.marvel.com/universe/Silver_Surfer its like he is more powerfull than most reality warpers.
