It's hard to say. I'm not certain of the full extent of power that the Unipower afforded Spider-Man. However, when Spider-Man uses his own powers he usually underuses them by a huge amount. At his classic strength he was strong enough to lift ten tons but he would have trouble in fights against Kingpin, who is just a very muscular man.
So I think Spider-Man would underutilize the Unipower and get his butt kicked.

No don't get me wrong. I know what his powers were. I read those comics. I just don't know how they would compare to Silver Surfer. Silver Surfer is incredibly powerful and has years worth showings while Spidey was only Cosmic for a brief period of time and I didnt see anything that I could use to compare the two.
I think he's on the same level as Silver Surfer when Spider-Man has the Unipower, but being on the same level as someone doesn't give you the win and doesn't even give you a 50/50 chance. Surfer has years of experience, knows all of his own powers and how to best utilize them. Spider-Man would be using powers he is unfamiliar with and which are not second nature to him.

Ok but say youre a martial arts expert. You know all the moves but you have never been in a fight. Another martial arts expert who has years of experience in actual fights meets up with you. Who do you think is likely to win? You know all of the moves that he does but he can use a bunch of them to set you up for something else that you won't be able to counter. When everything else is equal, the person with experience is going to win.
Forever, you're kidding me right? He can lift over 100tons? more than 200,000lbs? I'm surprised and bewildered. He can eliminate Superman no problem. Because he's fast and has those energy things and stuff
It's in his bio 409 but it doesn't matter. He controls the power cosmic. It's doubtful that he is going to spend much time fighting hand to hand. But yes he definitely lifts that much. So does Thor, Juggernaut, Hulk, She-Hulk... even the Thing and Colossus have been moved up to that level.
Silver is extremely powerful. He's been underrated alot too. I posted a thing like this yesterday between Venom and Wonder Woman. Venom was believed to win.
Pretty much I know it's weird but it actually makes sense. One on one combat, no weapons other than what they have,Venom will win. He has the symbiote which he can use to make a shield, restrain wonder woman and knock her lights out. Especially the new Venom who's super human class 60 instead of the original 25

Thor definitely could. Juggernaut at his best, could not be affected by physical or energy attacks, so he would have a great chance. Superman is too fast for him to attack so he can stay away from Juggernaut until he finds a way to defeat him, but his normal attacks would be useless.
Venom can beat Wonder Woman but not because of his strength. He can turn into a pool of liquid and take her over. But since Spider-Man was able to resist the symbiote, I would give Wonder Woman a chance at that as well.
The new one is obviously Gargan (unfortunatly) but I Eddie's getting it back and hopefully it'll be just as strong as it is with Gargan cause it probably absorbed his power and is gonna make Eddie more powerful. I'm hoping. He should've gotten it back sunday actually now that I think about it. Cause the new issue was to come out June 3rd sooo.. yeah. He should have it back by now. But between the two symbiotes fighting? I think Mac would win because he's more powerful than Carnage. A lot more powerful Carnage was only level 50. But mac is level 60
